Edit2: Just found out HTC Win7 phone does not support VPN.. Just my luck...

Also for others who will follow don't the steps "Edit the VPN type" and beyond that, It's not necessary. It will connect fine.

jp.apps.gree.net/en/58363 <- That's the url for New Wave. Unfortunately it only supports android devices and not HTC Win7 phones which sucks.... I did paste it into my browser and it just tells me about it viewing in an android device. Though thanks for the help Lilith.

Edit: Atleast I managed to setup a Japanese VPN
