Actually, it was mentioned in Games by Ecuteak 9 hours ago.

It looks super hype. I love the designs, except the loli-esque character, but I LOVE how they actually just went ahead and put the yuri in. No implied yuri, no almost moments where it nearly happens and gets interrupted, they just straight up go for it.

I agree, that is amazing.
Still, Takaki's involvement is the biggest draw at the moment. Let's hope the project manages to live up to the hype.

The designs are pretty bad. I've complained about that enough. Especially the blonde girl. Hopefully the game looks better then the PV.

I'm fine with the designs, like if someone else drew them I'd be fine, but something about the art style isn't clicking for me yet. I'm pretty interested though. I was hoping for something more... well... Let's just say this wasn't what came to mind when I heard the title.

I'd say it's too soon to jump to that conclusion. It's definitely using the same engine, but that doesn't mean it's a poor man's anything, just "this engine doing something different."

Yeah, it may be built for running these kinds of games, but it may not be strictly the same or some such. Hell, it could very well surpass SK for all we know.

Models for one look weird, they lack the quality shown on Versus' models.
And I can't help but be wary after how lacking Neptunia U was.

I would say that's partially because this is a new art style for them. SK has had years of honing the models and designs for that, but from what I understand, it's getting harder and harder to make anime-style graphics on consoles these days, so making a new art style on this rather than updating models they have already might be difficult.
Neptunia U was a different animal entirely. While this is part of a big and ambitious new franchise that Marvelous owns, that was a collaboration project and spinoff title for someone else's franchise. While I'm not saying they didn't put as much effort into it or they didn't try their hardest, it was probably likely meant to more be filler, or simply an experiment, between bigger Neptunia releases, rather than something truly big, whereas this is a "big" release for this franchise.
Incidentally, Tamsoft is also making another Neptunia title, so we can see how that's improved soon too if it's the same kind of game.
