So tomorrow New Wave will be doing prize distributions and such for the KAGURA Election event. Since my votes went into the winning girl (Souji), I'll be getting in on some of the prizes. They did list off the top10, but they only acknowledged the top5: 1. Souji 2. Ayame 3. Ibuki 4. Kagari 5. Muramasa  Have fun and Happy Boobs~ -Ikaruga |

From what i understand this is a "Battle Scout Event" which will be available after maintenance (July 18, 2013), where you will duel Mai as seen below in an attempt to win those cards. If this correct then I really need to find out how. |

The Battle Scout event is one of the more unique events as it gives you cards and focuses on boss battles. There is no PVP or special dungeon.
You spend 5 Battle Scout tickets and get 5 cards. You can spend 100 GREE coins to get 5 cards also, but one of the cards will be a fixed Rare or S Rare (very LOW chance of S Rare). If you pull a Rare, you get an attack boost against Mai with your entire battle deck which consists of the 5 cards you pulled plus your normal deck (which is also unique to this event).
After the battle, you keep the 5 cards you pulled. If you beat Mai, you get some Training Points and Scout Points. There's a chance to get Sushi sets and Battle Scout tickets from her as well and doing the Twitter/Facebook post once a day gives you 5 tickets too. You can also do the normal Quest section to get Battle Scout tickets as well.
So far, there's also a hidden level 100 Mai who gives a Light Rare Mai and a Shadow Rare Mai, 5 Sushi sets, 5 Battle Scout tickets, and 1 Red Enhance Scroll.
The special cards posted on 4gamer and the New Wave Blog get attack boosts against the boss. I wish I could at least get Josui since she's a Rare which means she can be gotten the easiest and I like that set of her the most(S Rares are super tough to get outside of certain events).
With getting cards from spending Battle Scout Tickets and grinding Quests to get tickets, this whole event basically = Getting cards.

You must have one Light (red background) and one Shadow (purple background) card with max battle experience (through PvP, when you complete it will say "MAX" beside that exp bar). Then when you click on a card with max battle experience, you will see a new option that says "閃乱xxxxxxx". Click on that then you have to select another card of the OPPOSITE element with max battle exp. Note that if one of the card is a lower rarity, it will henshin that card instead of the higher rarity one. If the characters are different, then it will be random between the 2(? need confirm). No problem. I am still trying to figure out a few things myself as well. I may be able to write a tutorial in the future if I completely understand the core mechanic of the game. > <
