Several other NW characters got cards like that in the event. They're just PBS-themed. It doesn't really mean anything...Maybe...

Seimei is in peach beach ? Unfortunately no. Various girls are depicted in PBS's Setting but when it comes to New Wave only Ayame, Souji, Leo and Yuyaki have been carried over. I doubt that we will be going to see all NW Girls being playable but it might be possible for Seimei since she belongs in Hanzo. A School that is already featured in the Main Games !!!! |

A shinobi with a rocket launcher that doubles as a dakimakura? Well this is certainly one of the more creative designs in the New Wave, I really like her. I bet she'd be fun to play as in one of the Versus games.
