The game was only released in Japanese. There were talks of releasing it in English in the UK but the whole thing fell through when the game was discontinued in Japan.
If you wanted translations of the cards, there were some websites with "engrish" translations but they have been dying off. Even the official website has died now so you can not even copy and paste the text into a translator anymore.
