L RARE cards have a unique property. When they are fully evolved, they become animated. Not many people know about that feature on top of LRs' insane rarity. Let's make SIA one of first places to demonstrate this feature. If you have a fully evolved LR Card and are willing to show off its animation, please post them here. You can download most LRs. You'll need a PC with Chrome, the Chrome User-Agent Spoofer, and the extension Flash Video Downloader. When you go to the page with the LR/XR(Haven't tested with XR), FVD will light up prompt you to download the flash, but it won't actually download the SWF. There's a link to the SWF file next to the download. Copy that link and paste it into a new tab. Then save the page, which is just the SWF. You have to do it fast or you'll need to refresh the page with the LR. This method doesn't currently work with the Kiss LRs or the Long LRs. |

i think it's just the way these little animations are handled + how fast i was clicking to get all of the animations to fit in the gif. i actually did a better gif right afterwards, but i still ended up clicking very fast (getting these to animate well and look good is kind of a hassle)  |

Hello,
I've been playing this game for a while now and got about 5-6 LRs (including the above Mai and Kagura), but I couldn't find anywhere how to unlock the animations.
Is it only by merging the copies of the same card? Then how could one ever max out Mai if they hand out only 1 copy?
Maybe there is a special item for it? Or do you spend a lot of lesser cards to unlock them?

for mai, there currently is a special item being given out through two quest/missions that relate to this event. you need to get 10,000 and 30,000 points respectively to be able to get two items that can be used for two rebirths. this will unlock the animation. if you've seen them, they're 2 rainbow-colored items. you'll need training points for the rebirths as well, so keep that in mind when you rebirth her.
for other cards, you need to either use a limitbreaking book of the same rarity type, or another copy of the card.
for the kagura above, i'm not sure. i recall that one being used for one of the gachas. it's at a better resolution than the cards are. not sure what the animation for the actual card is like.
