Second is I created a Japanese Google account, all I did was sign up for a google account as normal but this time set my country as Japan. DO NOT PUT A PHONE NUMBER IN YET. you need to find a JPN phone number that is not in use with a google account yet. A quick google search and you can find/make one up as i did.
Third you need to make sure that the JPN account is good to go. How to check is simply open up the HOLA app and scroll down till you find the Google Play store. Tap the Play store and set it to browse from JPN. give it a minute or so depending on your connection. Once you've got that going you can open the play store.
Fourth once in the play store, you might still see the English ver, BUT if you have the JPN account, you just need to click that account then it should bring up the JPN play store.
Fifth Remember this is a PAID app, so you will need to get some Yen, I used playasia.com to purchase a JPN play store card. Once you've found the app, and go to purchase it, the store will ask you to enter in the code. Also if you haven't made a phone number for the account, DO NOT PUT IN A NON-JPN account phone number, find one that has not been used with a quick google search. after you purchase the app, it will download and your good to go and explore.
If you have any questions please contact me and I'll try to help/guide you! Also if you didn't find this helpful whatsoever i'm sorry
