So, last night, Katsuragi posted on this on her Twitter account:

I won't bore you with the details, you can either check it out yourself on the website or just look at the chat log on pastebin here. What stood out at the end was a message by xx10thSeatGeneralxxx at the very end of the log before they logged out:
All the sites listed are the PR web pages for Estival Versus, and things are starting to get a little... weird on them. This all points to a password protected site, 0r0ch1r1s1ng.com
We still don't have all the pieces though, and it seems that changes are happening constantly! We'll need the community's help to figure it out!
On May 25th, Katsuragi made another tweet, with a screenshot from Senran Kagura 2: Deep Crimson.
At 10:23 AM, May 27th 2016, Katsuragi's Twitter account was acting rather strangely.
What followed afterward were a series of tweets, where Katsu's avatar became more and more corrupted until it morphed into the 5th Seat General. Following that, the username to the Orochi Rising webpage (d0gen) was discovered, and there was a site explaining how the bots created by him worked, including the 10th Seat General that initially appeared in the Shinobi Hot Springs chat. Upon clicking the Progress link, and then clicking abort we were greeted with a series of ten questions related to the other PR sites.

Players could send their answers to XSeed's comment email afterward. A few hours later, the Abort Page had this image:
Clicking on the red bar (or just waiting about fifteen to thirty seconds) would take you to one last page, congratulating the players that got involved in the ARG, bringing it to a close.
{Updates}UPDATE: So the two websites that just came up were registered on the same day as the bitzeni website, along with one other: th _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ y.com. I don't know what it is, but it may be related.
UPDATE 2: Found some differences in Sayuri's account! Also, Minori's is the only one I can't check due to instagram redirecting from Google's webcache.
UPDATE 3: Katsu's been affected too. Well damn...
