In this poll, you are to choose which one of the New Wave Hebijo Girls you want to learn more about the most. No scenario for this one. Feel free to make a post on who you chose and why you want to learn more about them. For me, I am curious about Bashou the most. The reason being is because based on what's given to us in regards to her character profile, she sounds like a rather calm, easygoing individual. Maybe even kind and caring. At least, that's the vibe I'm getting from her. I want to know why she decided to join Hebijo as she doesn't look like the type to do something that's just... Extreme. Then again, looks can be deceiving. I'm also curious to know if there's anything else she's into besides making poems, not that poems are bad but just curious. It'll help make her even more interesting. Her weapon of choice is interesting. The wiki says her weapon is a concealed sword within a large paintbrush but to me, it looks like a naginata, which I don't think anyone in SK has as of yet. Fighting with a weapon like that in conjunction to possibly ink would lead to an interesting fighting style. Overall, Bashou is the character out of the New Wave Hebijo Girls that I want to learn more about and I hope Takaki and co. and bring not just her but more NW characters into the games outside of NW. Not to mention I find her rather beautiful.

I mean, you honestly took most of the words right out of my mouth. Bashou seems to be the most interesting to me, pretty much for most of those reasons. She's very much surrounded in mystery. I'd be curious to know why she joined Hebijo as she's the only one of them who doesn't seem like they'd want to become an evil shinobi. Being my favorite of this bunch, I'd love to know more about her probably more than any of the others. I mean, I could say more, but I feel like I'd just be repeating what you've said, so...

I'm going for Chitose, but to be honest, I'm having a hard time choosing between her and Ibuki.
I feel like finding out exactly why Chitose's parents sold her off would lead to some interesting events, not to mention how her personality is (and hopefully will evolve) from that. And generally speaking, everyone who gets involved with the slums (Yomi, Ikaruga, Murakumo...) ends up having some fascinating tales to tell.
On the other hand, Ibuki's fighting style is something I'd be very interesting in seeing fleshed out. Though, with how fast-paced Senran Kagura is, I wouldn't be surprised if she ends up using her scissors more like a big sword rather than a pair of scissors. Regardless, she also strikes me as New Wave Hebijo's "wacky" character. If you pay attention, you'll notice that most of the factions all have five roles - the balanced leader (Asuka, Miyabi...), the really fast assaulter (Ikaruga, Murakumo...), the heavy-hitter (Yozakura, Yomi...), the mage / ranger (Yagyu, Mirai...), and that last character who fights with really unconventional methods (Minori, Haruka...). That last member never fails to amuse me, and I feel like Ibuki would be that person in New Wave Hebijo.
So basically, Chitose for the emotional backstory and character development, and Ibuki for the gameplay and fun dialogue / scenarios.

Well, Ashiya is my favorite of the New Wave girls so it's a pretty easy choice for me.
I love redheads, her weapon of choice is interesting, and apparently personality-wise she is similar to Gundham Tanaka from Danganronpa... who is one of my favorite characters fron that series. Honestly, it sounds like I would have no reason to dislike her and I could easily see her becoming one of my top favorites... assuming she is the way I believe her to be.
