Okay, so most of us know the current situation with Crimson Squad, right? How they're basically homeless because they became renegade shinobi after the events of the Hebijo arc of SKB. Now then, because they're homeless, that gave me an idea on this. If you had the chance to take of them in as a way to help them, who would it be? Of course, you could always say no if you're not interested. With that said, let's get started.
Now, all 5 of Crimson Squad have a rather sad history when you look at what they went through. However, between them, if I had the chance to take one of them in, allowing them to technically be my step sister, it would have to be Yomi. Out of the 5, I personally think her story is the saddest. For one thing, she was born and raised at the slums, meaning she could have potentially die rather early on in her life. Luckily, she pulled through. Secondly, she lost her parents as they sacrificed themselves and the money they saved up in order for Yomi to keep on going. Her hatred for those that are rich is... Actually rather understandable, while at the same time, close minded. See, it's true that there are upper class folks that are full of themselves and look down on others, while not really helping folks, which is why she began to develop a hatred for those types of folks to begin with. It's also why she hated Ikaruga at first but then realized that Ikaruga isn't like the others and found out that her life was rather rough as well. Although, she could have found out earlier if she allowed Ikaruga to explain herself but eh... Realistically, that makes sense but eh, this is a video game for one thing and a Japanese one as well so can't expect everything to be realistic while having story doing that for the sake of character development. Regardless, I don't mind so moving on.
Having Yomi as a step sister wouldn't be that bad as she is rather kind, caring, elegant, and graceful who would want a good family to be with as well as staying in touch with Homura and co. as they're also her family. Although, she can be rather selfish in regards to having people focus on their needs than their wants because that's her way of seeing things, which is mostly the reason for why she did what she did in her shinobi hearts stories, which is due to her past. It's a character flaw I don't mind as it makes her more human but I can understand how that and what she did in SKB could cause people to hate her. I'll do what I can to look after her and try to teach her that it's alright to have things you want at times while still focusing on the necessities.
Overall, Yomi is actually my favorite Crimson Squad character because of her overall character and her story. I would love to help her, teach her and have her be my step sister personally. Of course, that's just me.
