This might be an interesting one. You are a high school student. You were assigned to join one of these five clubs in order to gain new experience for the future. Between them, which would you choose? By choosing said club, you would be able to interact with these particular shinobi from these respective clubs. Between these clubs, I would join the technology club as I do have an interest in technology. I'm not too big with technology but I do like learning about some things in regards to them every now and then. Interacting with Kasumi may be rough at first as she very shy and quiet, which has me curious to know why she's like that to begin with. Messing with some technology could be a good way to interact and get to know her some more, at least I hope. I do find Kasumi rather cute so that's a plus. Maybe she could teach me some more things about technology that I haven't known before while also teaching me about how to gather information efficiently with technology as she's interested in joining the Intelligence and Analysis Team. Shinobi do need to gather information from sources after all. With that said, joining the technology club and getting to know Kasumi while possibly helping her open up would be rather nice.

I like to draw, so I think I'd join Kaede's Manga Research Club!

I love computers & going online, so the tech club sounds right up my alley. Plus, Kasumi is my 3rd favorite Senran, mostly because she reminds me a lot of myself - generally really quiet & reserved & buried in her computer. But yeah, as such, getting to know her better would be awesome! Plus, I could always stand to learn more about computers.

As for characters I think Kuroudo got the coolest design, but if we're really thinking clubs... Manga research club is a no-brainer. When I started studying at university I picked up both philosophy and Dutch (literature), but I ended up only finishing philosophy because well... that's a whole other story. Thing is, literature is still a bit of a hobby of mine so yeah...
