I'm actually surprised with the quality of Kisaragi's cards! Alot of them are really well drawn and flattering to her design compared to some of the other New Wave girls. Her overall concept is rather simple but like someone else said actually having a character with a ninja inspired design and method of combat is a breathe of fresh air in this series among some of the other astounding and wild ideas. Her personality is also rather interesting, possibly reminiscent of a kuudere, that cool persona being the face while also concealing a soft and adorable center! Also, motorcycles FTW
