So to continue the talks that a few of use were having in the new wave thread. about rules for the game if its going to be played across the forum then we would need to create a bunch not hundreds of cards just enough to start off then all cards attack cards and support cards would have to be numbered and at the start of the game you select your cards using a point system so if the limit is say 20 you can pick up to that limit the stronger the card the less cards you will end up with of course because of the limit.
Since you would have to show you selection to your opponent once it is made to make sure they are at the point limit you can't pick cards or anything like that so you simply have to outplay your opponent in battle by simply having an answer for anything they may play if you don't you can just give up there is no reason to make the game long and drawn out if you prepared wrong for battle.
As for battle since this would be over the boards we would have to make the card game simple so you only can call one attacker or defender to the field but support cards you can use is a diffrent story. Basicly you will lose to ways either by damage or running out of cards. If you pick huge cards the chance of running out of cards is much higher.
So far thats what I have if we are going to play this here and we want the games to be nice and fast where the biggest part is picking the right cards at the start to not be put in a position where you can not do anything.

Rules
60 cards all characters 30 attack cards and 30 support cards
15 card limit.
Card points range from 1 to 8.
2 card limit for the same card in your deck
You only can control 2 attack card on the field
You can only summon one attack card a turn You can summon a second card the same turn if you have to diacard a card for that summon.
When you summon a card you either summon in attack or defense position.
You can only switch to from attack or defense position in a turn if you did not attack that turn.
Cards with points 5 to 7 you must discard one card to use. Cards with 8 points you must discard 2 cards to use.
Attack cards will have added effects that they can use under the conditions met.
You can not reuse cards unless they are returend from the field back to your hand.
When you are attacked directly or indirecly for 2000 and more in a turn you must discard one card.

We can use images from the series and a card maker to make the cards. I will try to come up with the 60 cards types so we can get started making the templete and picking the art.

Edit: Added the changes you suggested may have to up the point limit with 2 attacking cards now but I guess its fine until we test it out.

I agree with you on starting with 2 attack cards and then going to 1 if gets broken. Yeah I did mean discarding 2 cards for just an 8 point card.

I'm horribly confused. Are attack cards like, a character or something? Like an attack card is a Mirai card and a support card is her weapon?

Attack cards are cards that can attack the enemies card as well as there life points. They also can defend your life points in a devensive position. Basicly if they are on the field your life points are less exposed to be attacked directlt which would result in a faster death. Usaly you can only bring out one attack card a turn we decided to have two max on the field you can control to prevent common things abused like swarming. Support cards are like spells or whatever you can play as many as you have in one turn but its up you to decide when is the best time to use the cards and can they even be used at all. You may not be able to kill and attack card because your attacking cards are weaker but if you have some form of removal card you can get them off the field and keep. These cards also have other uses that can drasticly change the game. As for the cards themselfs You can use any character for the pics. Im thinking of starting with the main cast as the attackers then look in to the other girls as supprort cards. I should have a list of cards by the end of the day for me up. from there we can decide whats good and how to balance them out.

It's ok I thought about that thats why there is no fire type or water typer or anything complicated and no reuse of cards when they leave the field and are killed off that complicates things for beginners and it would make games way to long for use to play here so just cut out all those steps and get in to the most important thing and thats deck building for any situation and out play your opponent.
