I've found out who the president ( Shuichi Motoda) and chairman ( Haruki Nakayama) of Marvelous AQL are but I've had no luck in finding any means to contact them, not a Facebook or Twitter anywhere, not even reference to an email address. I'll give you many thanks if any of you guys can help me find anything. Also, I discovered that the company is located in Tokyo, so I was originally gonna ask If wave1000 or Zorogou would go down there and harass them but that plan might not go so well. On a side note, I find it quite ironic that Sotoru Iwata and Reggie Fils-amie both have Twitter accounts.

Um... I think you might have the wrong person. I live in Europe. So you are European, Hinata was right! You never said anything about it earlier. Well, I guess it'll just be wave1000 that will have to get yelled at by an angry Japanese man for the sake of a localization. ;D

I was wondering if, just to see if it'll work, we could go to Reggie Fils-amie's Twitter and ask him if he could get Burst localized.

I will try to fit it in with stalking producers from Namco and Kojima at Konami. Makes me wonder where is MAQL? Don't think I ever been there before.
I thought Iwata and reggie used wii U not twitter. The use of twitter would mean they know about online.
Edit: Seems to be in Shinagawa. So thats 2 JR Line stops and a cross town bus or maybe some local subway as that would put me the closes. Now I see why the hold all there events near the water.

I'll keep this in mind and see about setting this up as Community Mission #3 soon. If you'd like to help with the details, PM me.

Hate to burst you guys bubble but Reggie has no say so in these things you can go ask the operation people about this, You would have to ask Iwata and he does not care for anything outside japan when it comes to Nintendo support.

Who says it's not worth asking both of them? Reggie certainly seemed interested in localizing more niche games, especially after seeing the sales for xenoblade. I say we do it anyway just to see what they have to say. If not, then we'll move on as usual, that's the point of taking a chance.

Well you can ask but MAQL and others is where the most pressure needs to be focused.

If NISA licenses the anime, they will need pressuring, they can't just grab the series and not localize the games, it would be strange and kind of in the realm of bad practice.

That's like saying it's bad practise to licence and release an anime without thinking about or releasing the manga or light novel it was based on. That happens all the time. Fate/Zero costs hundreds of dollars for each boxset and yet the light novels it's based on... well it's as if they don't exist. The same with Horizon in the Middle of Nowhere. That's releasing on Blu-ray in the US sometime and yet the novels are not even thought of. (Although to be honest, I'm not surprised considering the size of them: i.imgur.com/Cf6Ov.jpg)Also, Udon are translating and releasing the Valkyria Chronicles 3 artbook whilst the game itself hasn't even been released in the West. I'm sure there're plenty more examples.
