www.nintendo.co.jp/3ds/software/avhj/index.htmlSenran Kagura Burst is going to be up for download in the Japanese eShop just like it is in Korea. So if you happen to own a Japanese 3DS and have yet to import the game you can now just download it, which is alot more easy than having to import. (If you already have a Japanese 3DS that is.) Also with the news on tweets and talk of looking for publishers now I have a strong feeling SK:B could see a eShop release for the west. Anyway hope this news is helpful to some!

Thanks for the update! This is a good sign for a Western release!

The Korea version will be using Japanese language or their own language?

I heard that the Korean version is just an untranslated import

I heard that the Korean version is just an untranslated import Correct. The Korean eShop will be getting several games that are untranslated so it'll function as a digital import store of sorts. With the 3DS being region locked, it's certainly better than nothing.
