So I decide to go on my 3DS and I noticed this hidden away in the eShop new feeds a post called "Access to restricted content".
It said that nintendo europe is based in germany and will therefore be following their youth protection regulation. This therefore means that content over 18+ can only be made avaliable at night, night being 23:00UTC - 3:00UTC.
Now I thought two things on this:
Does this mean that Nintendo is basically saying there will be a noteworthy amount of 18+ material to eventually come to the store?
Second if Burst did get eShop release would this potential hurt it sales in this region as less people will see it? As from my experiences there are still loads of buyers who dont know about this game. It depends what it means by avaliable does that mean not seeable or just not downloadable.
Sorry if this is old news I rarely do 3DS.

No, it's just Germany's stupid law, it's not affecting anything but times where 18+ games will be sold on the eShop.
It would have much effect on sales because if someone wants it bad enough they'll wait until it's available and if you can't get it at launch due to work just download it on the weekend.
