edit. ok. now this one has a combination of hand to hand and weapon fights. overall I find the pacing to be decent. though sadly, it's like the 3rd movie I watched where they reuse the cringey "heroine dresses like a guy and totally fools just about anyone". though that trope is not stretched too long compared to Stranger from Shaolin nor even The Woman Avenger.
I still find Eight Strikes of the Wild Cat to be the greatest kung fu story. its not flawless, but still generally much more unique with a much more surprising climax that keeps one guessing how the heck are they gonna win.
though one think A Massacre Survivor has over that story, is a training phase that doesnt drag as long. each of the movies have great unique fights, so they each have their strengths and differences.
