Why the Kagurapedia still didn't update the characters ages?
I mean, Katsuragi in Burst and SK2 was 17 years old while in the Versus series she is already 18 for example
They should have both in the characters bios
(I'm copying what I said in the chat because nobody saw/comented it)
I didn't do it myself because I'm a complete noob at "wiking" and I don't want to screw up.

Better question. Why is there still llike nothing on SK2 on the pages? Character portraits? Ninpos?
Nothing, lol.
Heck, alot of stuff just isn't updated.
Oh god, some of this stuff is unreadable. I'm gonna be busy with this thing for weeks, lol.
Also, I just love how much more attention Yumi's page has gotten over everyone else's. Thought I guess I shouldn't be surprised.

Since a lot of us don't have and can't play SK2, we can't really type up a lot of info about the game and its content yet. Also, there's only one person that's working on Yumi's page, and she's a big fan of her who's doing whatever she can to put in all of the info that's about her. Another person is also working on Homura and she's a big fan of her. We need all the help we can get if you want all of the pages to be filled in with info from all of the games and such. So really, instead of complaining about pages not being filled up with info, how about helping us out? I've been trying to work on Kat's page here and there myself. For a start, you could work on the character that's your main favorite.

I just hope you all aren't as close-minded as the peeps back on the Digimon Wiki. haven't worked on the boards there in years, Oi.. Consider me hired, lol.

As long as you don't post fan art on the wiki and you do help provide info on the characters, that would be much appreciated.

As I said before I don't only do what I said myself because I'm not very good at the wiki platform.
And take what I said as a suggestion, not a complaint. I'm in no position to demand anything.

Well, I already took care of that after you suggested that, so much appreciated.

I think it might be useful if we have a timeline of events so people know what games go where.

Hey, I've been thinking. Maybe it would be better if we split the wiki into separate parts. - One for the main series
- Another for the Versus series
- And another for New Wave
It is getting really convoluted and cluttered when you have to take into consideration the differences and disparity of the different series'. Like, things that happen in SV don't apply to SK2, and vice versa, so it makes it weird to have them all be on the same character pages and stuff, you know? Especially when you take into consideration the faction affiliations.

Rather than splitting up the Wiki like that, couldn't the character pages themselves be organized instead? I'm pretty sure most wikis do that.
Like...
Bio blahblah
Appearance blahblah
In Senran Kagura Burst blahblah
In Senran Kagura Shinovi Versus blahblah
In Senran Kagura 2 blahblah after burst blahblah
In Senran Kagura Estival Versus blahblah after shinovi versus blahblah
Then the blahblah could also maybe split into sections for the story parts and how they played, assuming someone's willing to do all that? Making separate pages for every single character sounds like it might be confusing to me, whereas having it in the same place but then making it clear what refers to what might make it easier? Like, if you want to look at Homura, I don't think it makes sense to send people looking at multiple pages for Homura based on what version of her you want (if I'm understanding you) when we could just have a Homura page that distinguishes what's what.
Admittedly I'm talking a lot for someone who doesn't have the time or patience to do all of this myself, nor the knowledge of post-SV games enough for those anwyay, but yeah.

The issue with that though is that SK is separated into clearly different universes, but use the same characters for them.
Having the page like you suggested would make it appear as if all the information applies to the character in one general instance, rather than in separate ones.
EV Hikage, for example, ultimately isn't the same Hikage as SK2 Hikage, and hasn't the same experiences or abilities so having all the information on one page would only prove to confuse the person even more.
This is further compounded by the fact that SK2 takes place right after SkB/1, whereas SV takes place 6 months after SKB/1, which more than likely will lead people to believe that they happen one after the other with EV happening last (just like we all initially thought, just to bring the point home, lol)
It is just more streamlined IMHO to keep these things separate, especially when you have things like characters changing factions. It becomes cumbersome and convoluted to indicate which ones there were formerly apart of, and which ones they currently are on, since in some games, they left, while in another, they rejoined shortly after leaving. Check out the "Factions" tab under Hikage's page to get an idea of what I mean.
EDIT: Also, as a personal gripe of mine, it just bothers me seeing a billion different portraits for all the character profiles. xD

Eh.... We still need more clarifications whether the whole "alternate universes" thing is actually a thing. For now, keep that on standby.

While I find it to be pretty much undeniable at this point just by how little sense SK2 makes in correlation to SV alone as well as EV pretty much outright stating it, I understand your stance and decision.
Looks like we w8.
EDIT: On a side note, are the character/game pages completely redundant then? I don't see why the information, such as stats and such can't be stubbed onto the characters main page. Any reason as to why they aren't?

Well, we figured that the characters' stats deserve their own pages since there's a good amount of info about each characters' strength and weakness. Plus, we want to make the characters' pages neat.

Could those be under a part on their main page that opens and closes, like a spoiler tag, maybe? Click "click this for the stats of this character in this game" or something.
