Idk, Victory was all goddesses, which was good and bad.
Nep V was good that you didn't need to build meter to transform which was a huge bummer in Mk.2, that and the main party were CPU's.
The bad was that Makers were all DLC and consequentially all lacking a particular purpose in terms of usefulness as party members. ex. MAGES. While a amazing Magic user, is still lackluster compared to Plutia in human form...and without a self buff...there is no reason to pick MAGES. over Plutia. This wasn't the case in Mk.2 where Compa and Iffy were actually useful and Cave was utterly broken.
