Depends, what's the scale? Just as in 1,2,3 e.g for me at present 1. HDN 2. HDN mk2 3. n/a

Not counting the remakes?
Victory > mkII > Neptunia

Hmm...Lets...In terms of story: Original > Victory > MK2
In terms of gameplay: Victory > MK2 > Original.

Hmm...Lets...In terms of story: Original > Victory > MK2 In terms of gameplay: Victory > MK2 > Original. Can I change my response to this? <_< >_>

How would people here rank their liking of the 3 main games? Hmm...Lets...In terms of story: Original > Victory > MK2 In terms of gameplay: Victory > MK2 > Original. That.

My initial thoughts on Victory is mixed. Story and characters are fine, but the combat feels a bit uneven. The monsters are either cake or very tough and while I love Marvy, she is next to useless in combat thus far. I have to often just run past enemies to get through.
As of now Mk2 is better to me, but I will definitively keep playing.

Well you can spam skills in V. You can't do that in mk2. In mk2 you must attack and plan things out so you can raise the bar.

It's not like the game is "Use skills to win" or anything.

It's not like the game is "Use skills to win" or anything. Thing is, this one has been just that far more than Mk2. I go in with no HDD and no SP skill moves the fight can go on and have to use several healing items. The enemies that are cake give no exp so choosing between grinding them and SP to win. Seems less balanced with scaling than Mk2. I still like it, just feels like I am missing something.

I hardly ever went into HDD in Mk2. I hate the fact that it drains your SP gauge.

I hardly ever went into HDD in Mk2. I hate the fact that it drains your SP gauge. This plus the fact you had to sacrifice 100sp straight away.

Well with planning and possibly getting your SP gauge to 300, meh. Then feel free to go HDD mode. It's like a limit break in MK2.

Since we're talking about mk2 i just finished it today and im feeling really sad so congratulations HDN in game series terms you have reached no.3.
I especially going to miss the intro the very beginning with the candidates combined with the song is truly amazing
For some reason i found myself really like NISA a lot more in mk2 than the 1st.
Also i love 5pb i didn't know she was shy i would of bought in the first if i had known.....

Well of course MK2 is going to showcase the makers a lot more than HDN Original considering they didn't really play a part in the main story.
