Well Blanny if Iris heart showed up i guess i have no choice but to either use my karate and fight her but she has a whip sword and chances of winning are almost none or to run away and get caught so matter how you look at it is either be brave and lose or be a coward and get caught lol.
And Drifty i'm calling you that XP that would be awesome to see purple heart get serious and fight iris heart makes me wonder who would win I'm putting my money on Purple heart after all she's the main character XP.

It's been stated by Complie heart themselves that Purple Heart is the strongest CPU in the series Even Stronger than True End Route Rei If Nep ever got too serious she could defeat Iris Heart, even at the cost of her own shares. It's unfortunate that in game wise Nep/Purple Heart is mostly balanced in V than broken in Nep 1. It didn't help that the TEC Stat was also stupid good in V as well as Nep only being strong vs. unarmored foes. However Nep has the best Buff in the game, and overall balanced defensive stats including solid HP(the only one to really take a hit from the phony CPU's EXE Drives and live, specifically phony Iris Heart). to nutshell each main CPU.. Nep: +Balanced, Best Buff, High defenses, high MOV, best Coupling Skills, Best SP attack skills, Has Break Damage Cap at start. -No Armor Break, Lv.1 EXE is useless, Requires DLC to excel past her Peers, Requires good Burn Disk/Partner Setups.
Plutia: +Highest TEC in game, High damage potential, Great healing abilities, Good SP Skills. -Low DEF, Crappy EXE finshers, Requires Break Damage Cap, SP Cost is High, Good EXE Skills are lv.2. Blanc: +Good Buffs, High VIT, Good Low SP cost Skills, Great Coupling Skills, High Break Damage. -No Armor Break, Physical damage is low compared to Peers, Magic attacks are useless, Low MEN, Lv.1 EXE is horrible n Non-Bosses, Damage relative to enemy resistances.
Noire: +Highest Physical Damage, Best Lv.1 EXE in game, Great SP Skills, DLC breaks game balance. -Needs Break Damage Cap, Requires alot of item dev., requires good partner setups to cover status/movement issues, Mediocre Defenses.
Vert: +Best Support in game(Buff/Debuff), Good TEC stat, Very Fast turn speed, Great Rush Attacks, Good lv.1 EXE. -Lowest Defenses in game, Can't utilize TEC stat correctly like Plutia(Wind Element>Non-Element=Bad), High SP consumption, Damage is relevant to enemy resistances, needs Break Damage cap, requires DLC to maximize effectiveness.

Well, that list is actually pretty accurate, and Nep did say that she is a freakin tank so....

Main character may have a chance of losing but in the end the main character always comes out on top most of the time XP. And i be pretty hyped to see Purple heart and Iris heart go all out but i wonder how a fight such a that would even happen lol.

Quite easily actually, plutie gets butthurt over the smallest things(in Nep V you'll see it alot).
Nep usually would try to prevent her from going into HDD but those are times when she does it at random, however when Nep is in HDD she isn't effected much by her presence as other CPU's or characters in general. Overall Nep can hold her own against plutie because she isn't afraid of her like others are.
Nep if need be would go into Final Hard Form(in the source guide for Victory only Neptune can go into this form without the aid of another CPU) and that is basically a trump card for her. Final Hard Form is when Nep turns into the Jet and bombards her foes.
