We need articles for each of the ninpo so we can have more in-depth information on each one instead of them being on the character pages. Use this topic to discuss progress on their creation.

Hmm, it seems that many people didn’t care to put thought into this? Writing articles on the ninpos shouldn’t be that hard. The only thing that would be the problem is that we don’t know exactly how these techniques are being created (Correct me if I’m forgetting something please). What’s the source of power in this series? In Naruto they use chakra, in DBZ they use KI. It’s kind of vague in this universe if I’m not mistaken. All we know from the series is that “ninjutsu is derived from the mind” or something along those lines - this was mentioned in the anime. So all we really can do is create a format that involves describing the ninpo, telling how the ninpo is casted/done, and the effects it has on the victim and/or user.
Example. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Name: Tornado Spindle.
User: Katsuragi.
Classification: Hidden Ninpo
Usage: The tornado spindle is a powerful ninpo and is the signature technique of Katsuragi from Hanzou Academy. Katsuragu violently flares creating intense winds form, this in turn causes a tornado to take shape while she remains in the center. The sheer force of the winds heavily damages any enemies in the vicinity. Katsuragi then transitions a spinning handstand while bursting upwards, enemies are then sent flying if they are caught in the dispersing wind. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ~Note: For those of you who don’t know what flaring is, it’s this (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wCS3lU3NsoE)and for those who are curious about how it works (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FVkwvLFe53I) It’s simply movement that is known to be derived from capoeira/ breakdancing.
This is merely an outline of what we could possibly insert in these articles. Maybe we could even put a similar note to the one I wrote up there into the trivia section of that article.
It’s pretty cool though, how the developers implement a variety of other great cultures into these girls. Kind of like how one Yozakura’s ninpos is an exaggerated Karate Kata punch. It’s comes from kyokushin karate or traditional karate. Even Jin kazama from the tekken series has this punch in his movelist. It includes blocking/parrying while attacking at the same time, which is most of what karate is. (www.youtube.com/watch?v=z9huSt1Vrl8) (just skip to 6:10 to see the punch) If it doesn’t look familiar go check out katsuragi's ninpos again from shinovi vs. to know what I'm talking about.

From what I recall, hidden ninja arts use the power of nature and require a hidden ninja scroll. I think the "ninjutsu comes from the mind" thing refers to their ninja animal thing doesn't it? Is there any connection between one's ninja animal and the hidden ninja arts one can use? To me it was slightly implied that if you stole someone's scroll you could probably use the same ninja art.
Should we include in-game usage as well? Like, the conditions to unlock that move and how to use it? Or are we doing this as a sort of in-world encyclopedia thing?
