I bought the Senran Kagura regular edition first hand not second hand and the game has an online pass on the back of the case. I entered it on the PSN Vita network it didn't work, tired it on my PS3 it also didn't work. Is there another way to use the online pass?

To use the online pass, you need to use it in the same region of psn store as the version of your game. for example, if you bought an senran sv asian version you need to enter it in pss asia, it won't work in pss japan.
