I was a virgin until I turned 30 then I was turned into a Magical Girl (that's the title!)

WAAHAHAHAHAHA! at a glance and just looking at the cover seen, you would think its "just another reincarnation genderswap loli maho shoujo series that
is a me too series that tries, but fails to impress" (which is not the case here!)
but its very surprising how interesting and genius it is, and not just the heroines and familiar but also the antagonists!!
there is one of the few series I actually got interested in exploring further. various other series I checked, I was like "meh", "meh". then this one is like "meh but hmmm....well this keeps getting interesting......what.....whoa....... hey this could be actually good!!"
well its ongoing so not sure how its gonna turn out, but I think the fundamentals of this series seem safer and more secure than some others that look like they
are set up to just have a 'timed thrill journey' and then rubberband back to square one (which sucks when they do that). feels like there no going back!
so think there's a lot more possibilities
the pacing is solid too! Im finding this more entertaining and interesting than a destiny chained series like Sailor Moon.
while this awkward titled series remains unknown to most, it certainly has more potential than the mainstream ones.
its amazing even these days discovering new masterpieces and concepts that innovate and improve these genres further in some ways.
and plus there is good detail in understanding the fundamentals and stuff.
so far overall it feels like a greater balance and solid style overall that has extra exciting intriguing qualities!
yea of course the protagonist is not as visually appealing as some would expect, but she's not terrible either. I mean lets be honest, we seen much MUCH worse out there.
some may even consider her cute and ok at least. plus I guess she would inspire the flatness fans, and she does kinda make up for it in the rear (that author sure makes sure of that)
but that's enough spoilers!
theres lots of positive things I would say about it, but to newcomers it would be a disservice cause even the slight details would ruin the surprise.
Im not gonna parade it much though cause it has yet to be determined what is the destination and outcome to all this. with these genres and situations,
a series could easily go in a bad route depending how much of a spine its creator has. so maybe they'll keep things interesting instead of ending the fun.
though of course every magical girls series and other genres have a 'conclusion', but there are those that are set up to 'keep going' even after the so called
conclusion of sorts. but it depends what kind of conclusion is planned or developed. so yea I can only say from first impressions and multiple parts that I feel
more confident this series could turn out wonderful instead of something upsetting. especially when dabbling with situations like reincarnation and
change of existence and stuff, some authors are too insecure to dial back to dull regular life, but maybe this series really doesn't have a end per say, though
with the whole antagonists plot that of course would reach a conclusion of sorts, so what would happen after, may turn out bittersweet , which would suck,
but maybe they might raise the bar further and do something bold and ground breaking instead, though who knows. I think the safer way is to
wrap it up at a point where its really up to viewer imagination what happens after, so people can think up positive favorable future.
though thats a lot of rambling, not expecting anyone to read, understand or care, but considering for years I havent really explored stories and stuff
and discovering fascinating series like this, I just gotta share my point of view of things and a hint of the annoyance I have with the direction some stories
take with genres like these.
though for now, at least the journey is looking great but the one sad thing is the whole memory thing, I feel its cruel , so thats the tough thing about it
I dislike regarding the others, though of course their personalities could be different if...... but still, they have the right to know, they should know,
cause that past is still a part of them and only with that knowledge can they really develop and determine whether its ok what they are and what they are doing.
theres still more chapters to check out, not sure if they already/if they were find out, but I think they could develop into better and wholesome people if their
past self is unlocked. and just like the protagonist is coming to terms with what they are and new purpose they choose to accept, it feels like the others
really are just being manipulated/brainwashed compared to her. they deserve to know. and you know, I think, well have yet to explore it further, but it seems
like the antagonists side of things, they ALL remember their past life (maybe?). so the leaders of both factions and their stance on memory, makes one question who is the evil one.
and also there is the question what the antagonist would do with world domination. perhaps both leaders are evil. who knows. there's much to uncover.
