Gotta go with Ryouna.
Although I like many of the characters (Murasaki, Yozakura, Yumi, MIYABI...), Ryouna has been the most consistently interesting to me. I like her design, and watching gameplay videos, she has the most ridiculously awesome fighting style, like a ballet of death.
