Official Katsuragi thread

3 or 4 years ago, Before i got into senran kagura or knew anything about it, i was looking up some anime characters and found a girl from the series named “asuka”, and i thought “she looks cute, i might as well look up about the series that she’s from and see what other interesting characters i can find.” So that’s when i found the name of the series “senran kagura” and i googled the title and found the wiki for the series, and that’s when i first saw katsuragi as i was scanning through the list of characters.



When i saw katsuragi, it was Like love at first sight, and i was speechless and my heart started racing and everything, it was at that moment i was like “Damn, this girl is hot! ♥♥” then i started reading her bio and i became even more attracted to her, because i realized that we have a lot in common, like for example, me and her both enjoy being competitive and want to become strong to protect our families, and how we both love ramen (pork flavored is her favorite, which she mentioned on SK: burst, and pork flavored is my favorite too), her breast size (95cm) is my year of birth (1995), and how we both love strawberry milk (which i found out in SK2, before her battle with hikage).



When i really started getting interested in her and looked up a bit about the other characters, that’s when i decided to look up more about the series and saw that the game “Senran kagura: Burst” was going to be localized in the U.S., and what came to mind at that moment was “i need to get this game, so i can know more about her, and become closer to katsuragi”.



And later on, that’s when the game was released on Nintendo eshop on 3DS, and i downloaded the games, and completely fell more in love with her personality, besides just her looks, she’s strong, powerful, perverted, independent, brave, and cheerful, and most often portrayed as vivacious, i also love videogame characters that uses acrobatic kicks and it’s even better since her attacks are wind based and that her ninja animal is the Chinese dragon.



Ever since then, I’ve been interested in playing as her in the games, and i even bought figurines of her, a dakimakura and even done artworks of her and more.



Ever since then, katsuragi has been my #1 waifu ( and shiki, recently second waifu, ryoubi as a close third) and I’ve gotten to know a lot about her not just by her looks, but also as in personality, and how she trains hard so she can see her parents again and protect her friends.



to be honest, if i hadn't had found katsuragi on kagurapedia years ago,i probably wouldn't have gotten intersted in the sk series, because, my main reason why i first purchased SK: burst years ago, was to play as katsuragi, but ended up finding out about some of the other characters too.

Cute and sexy at the same time. It's no wonder I ship these two so hard.
