I always go physical but if digital is the only option then I don't think twice about it.

Fun fact: I had to go digital with MK2 because I couldn't find a physical copy of it. I'll find one one day and buy for collecting purposes.

He it was £40 everywhere then I want on amazon randomly and it said MK2 £15 only 2 left. I was on my phone in a signaless area on a pub public network miles away from home and it would be ages before I went back. You can guess how it ended.

I got into HDN when MK2 was new so I was pretty late in the party. At least I pre-ordered and obtained HDN V.

I prefer physical, I like to play my games 10-20 years later (example: I can play all 20 of my Turbo CD/PC Engine CD games I own today or the remaining 15 Sega Genesis/Mega Drive games). I'll go digital if the game is digital only and I want it bad enough (Damascus Gear Tokyo Shisen is an upcoming game I want, but it's digital only granted it's only $21). What I don't like is cloud gaming, keep it away, that practice will end gaming if it's used for anything but retro and previous gen gaming.

And with that reasoning, Yomi would be pleased.

I think it honestly depends.
On my PSP I have a collection of physical and digital games. A majority of the digital games are digital only sure but there are some that were so cheap on sale I just got them digitally and didn't think twice about it, also the convenience of having multiple games accessible at once is ideal for me since I dislike carrying multiple UMD's around in the event that I may lose them. Digital games I can re-download in the case of my console getting stolen or heavily damaged and the memory card is not salvageable.
However I do like having physical games too for all obvious reason.
Cloud Gaming and Game Streaming are what we are moving to....that's what Gaikai is for those who don't know(Game Streaming). I don't really have an opinion on them since we don't know how they will end up being however...if the current game industry has taught us anything, that is to never trust publishers....keep your eye's open Peeps.

Ah yes. I forgot that some digital version of games are cheaper than their physical version. I find that funny but at the same time, it makes sense.
