Can't say I really agree with you on that... I feel like POS, Scroobius Pip and Dessa are some of the most honest self-expressionist MC's out there, and I feel that through their voice, their intonation, the subtle changes, and in the way they deal with their beats. Cunninlynguists and Tonedeff are really just showing off skill in flow, rhyme schemes and etc. so there's no need for showing emotion anyway. Or well, better yet, I really can't agree with you there. Like, I really have the EXACT opposite opinion there... I mean, how could you possibly say that about the Scroobius Pip song...
Nah, in my opinion, there is so much more to those songs than lyrics, it's seeped with passion, honesty and trust and belief in their own lyrics. I feel like we're both (to some extent) fans of hiphop, but kinda like two sides of the same coin... Opposites, and I doubt we'll ever see eye to eye on anything.

Also just look at your comment you are doing all the talking and then me but you don't believe in the artist and cut them down because you know there music better then I. why did you point out more flaws or differences then me?

I don't see how I'm getting ahead of myself or am being quick to disagree. I'm talking about the songs I posted of which you voiced an opinion that is entirely opposite to mine to the extent that I'm sincerely doubting that you've even listened to them. At that point, it seems fair to me to assume you have in fac listened to them, but just really have that opposite opinion. And I said I feel like we're opposites. That's just personal opinion based on what I hve noticed. I mean, if your problem with the songs i shared on the previous page is that they, while having nice lyrics, it feels like they don't believe it themselves when i sincerely believe 'Crack Pipes' to be brought in one of the most emotionally involved ways I have at least some ground for 'feeling' like we're opposites. I'm not trying to say my subjective opinion is better than yours, what I'm trying to say is that if we don't agree on some very basal things (what is a good delivery, what is a good way to bring across a message) it makes no sense discussing value judgments on exactly those issues to me. Our whole standard of evaluation is different so it only makes sense that our value judgments differ. I'm sorry if I came off as a dick, but what I'm really trying to say is that there's no accounting on tastes.

I just wonder why you put the girls down i thought that one girl was trying to be nas but I did not say anything it was you that brought it up also I never said any of the songs are bad i just did not get the feeling of belief and you confirm this with your response in how you doubt there skill.

I didn't put them down or question their skill, I said I understand YOU find the delivery lacking. That means I can understand someone not being into that type of delivery. Luminous Flux blew me away first time I heard the verse, still does, but I can see that she has a style that doesn't appeal to everyone. With Ensilence, I know she's had a HUGE influence from Nas, and in the song I shared with you (which was what I was talking about) it still showed A LOT. Not to talk down her skill, just thought I'd give my honest opinion on it as well. For both I still stand behind my point that they are lyrically non-boring female mc's, and also that they can outrap Rah Digga. That doesn't mean I think their skills are flawless. Like I said, if we don't agree on some very basal things (what is a good delivery, what is a good way to bring across a message. Seeing your opinion of the songs shared on the previous page: "while there are lyrics there is little emotion in what they say as if they don't believe it", I can only see enormous differences here) it makes no sense discussing value judgments on exactly those issues to me. As far as I'm concerned, we leave it at this, okay?

And where in this all does an artist's confidence in their own skill play a role here? That doesn't even make any sense. Regardless, come on man, let's be honest here. I'll just be blunt, and completely honest here. This is just what I think. Have you even remotely listened to Dessa? That's lightyears ahead of any depth/presence/delivery Rah could even fathom. It's not even a competition anymore. If we're actually talking skill, who's the best, I wonder why Rah is even being mentioned. She has not even once brought up even one original concept for a song, and I cannot remember even a single verse that left me amazed. If this doesn't show that any more than 551 already did, then I really don't know where any recognition of skill may come in. Rah Digga isn't awful or anything, there are many out there that are worse, sure, but the only reason Dirty Harriet was even slightly bearable was because of some of the Premo productions on there. And if we're talking female emcees, the one I missed out on, I doubt Rah Digga would even dare touch Bahamadia. I'm getting a bit frustrated with this and I'm getting the feeling I'm being trolled.

But you did not bring up Bahamadia you brought up artist that sound different then clam they are better. Why did you mention some many if all are better why not focus on that one so I get a better feel of there music then like five were you showing off? The time you spent on the many could be spent on the one.
Anyway i enjoyed talking with you i see you have Alot of passion try to direct it to postivity instead of negetivity. If one rise we all rise.

Well, I mentioned a couple rather than just one since you asked what are non boring female emcees, and well... I answered with a small list. And in a sense, if I focused on Dessa and you just completely hated her style then that wouldn't have brought me further either. Regardless, I do see you're a reasonable dude, and I notice I have not been the nicest conversational partner here... so my bad about that. I can get overly 'passionate' (to use a nice euphemism) when I have the feeling that other people don't get my point, regardless of whether they do or not. =]

I found this music when I was searching a good music for my next Senran Kagura MLG video.
Now I'm addicted to this music.
