Damn, most of your anime choices are pretty short. lol That's how i like it. 24 seems like a commitment and can seem to drag. Seikon no Qwaser didn't though. Actually thats a lie its like that because that's the way it is. But when im unsuure i like the sound of 12 episodes.

Got 8 for someone whose looking for something to watch!
Have you guys heard of Senran Kagura?... Jokes aside, why not watch it again? And again? And again? Coz boobies.
--------------------------------------------------------- 1) Steins;Gate - Sci-Fi, Thriller, Comedy--------------------------------------------------------- This is easily one of my favourites if you haven't seen it, I highly recommend it. Has great animation and is really funny, has a good plot, and most of all, the characters are awesome! Its about Time Travel~ --------------------------------------------------------- 2) Bakemonogatari + Nisemonogatari Mystery, Romance, Supernatural, Comedy, Ecchi--------------------------------------------------------- The animation is really good, and it's hilarious. The dialogue is very well done. Characters are also good. --------------------------------------------------------- 3) Fruits Basket Comedy, Drama, Fantasy, Romance--------------------------------------------------------- This anime is really cute. The music is lovely, the story is really nice and the main character is really sweet. I dunno if anyone will even wanna watch this, unless you like old school anime. I for one really enjoyed it =) --------------------------------------------------------- 4) Pokemon Origins - Adventure, Comedy, Shounen--------------------------------------------------------- Well why not? It's a 4 part movie of the original Pokemon Red game. --------------------------------------------------------- 5) Angel Beats Action, Comedy, Drama, Supernatural--------------------------------------------------------- Seriously please watch this? I LOVE Angel Beats. I've watched it countless times. Story is perfect, Characters are perfect (grab a couple tissues for this one), the comedy is rich. The animation is so good. Don't read this list as if it's in order of recommendation. Just start from this one. Okay? --------------------------------------------------------- 6) Unbreakable Machine Doll Action, Ecchi, Fantasy, School, Seinen--------------------------------------------------------- Okay.. This anime isn't the best of the list. It's got things I (and probably u) dislike and things I (and probably u) like about it. But u know what, when u see past it's confusing and fast paced storytelling then it's a good watch. It's REALLY FUNNY. It's got a good premise but I would say it wasn't executed very well but I would recommend it for a casual watch. The OP and ED songs are so good (Check Anime Music thread I basically posted all these there). The animation is tops. --------------------------------------------------------- 7) Super Sonico Comedy, Ecchi, Music--------------------------------------------------------- I love Sonico. She is fire. Nothing more needs to be said. --------------------------------------------------------- 8) Elfen Lied Action, Drama, Ecchi, Horror, Romance, Psychological--------------------------------------------------------- I really enjoyed this one. Red haired girls killing errbody! If you don't like naked girls with read hair and psycho powers... well then, this probably is not for you
Enjoy =)

My comments on anime i recently watched. Seikon No Qwaser 2 Let it be known I loved the first season of Seikon No Qwaser, this show seemed to have 7 major reasons to watch, the clever story, the interesting and unique characters, the epic battles, the clever use of elements, the extreme fan service and the character backstories and development.
But what about Seikon No Qwaser 2? Well in a sequel it’s is expect and common for backstories and character development to be lower but in this it remains good and present for the new characters and gives you a better feel for them in the end.
However as you watch the first six episodes, you can’t help but feel one of these 7 strengths is missing and when episode 6 occurs with the main final battle you realise, what happened to the epic battles? Now there are battles but they end to abruptly and often the heavy blows are often skipped past to the character winning. But this is just one thing so the series isn’t doing too badly here, though the story is a bit more basic it is still fine.
But once you reach episode 7 and continue on you begin to notice something upsetting, the main arc of this season has finished and the next two or three episodes are about the characters returning home and adjusting to normal life and mixing back with the characters who didn’t go. While this is fine they feel like something you would put as ova episodes.
Then you come to episode 10 which is completely all over the place and you can’t even follow what is going on, not only is it not clear what the main story of the episode is there are these random scenes which are not explained at all and do not fit at all in the so called arc of the episode. The worst part is nothing seems solved and I honestly thought it was going to continue into episode 11 because of nothing being solved or done.
Episode 11 is fine to good, but does follow events from the ova episode of the first season which straight away is not a good sign, the story is basic, the fights are basically skipped past and you don’t feel much was accomplished in this episode.
Finally the last episode and you wonder what is going to happen now. Well let me tell you this episode gets the closest to the first season of all 12. The fights are there, an epic story is occurring and the extreme fan service is relevant. The worst part is this whole episode is a build up for a season 3, however possibly because of episode 7-11 this season might not even happen.
Episode 12 should have been episode 7 of this season or even 8 and have the show go for 24 episodes like the first. Whether or not these other episodes were to stick true to the manga or not, I do not know but they gave the impression they were out of ideas or were focusing on the wrong thing, which is a shame when seeing episode 12 show the start of a promising arc.
Date A Live I didn’t know what to expect with Date A Live because I didn’t know anything about it nor can I remember why I actually put it down to watch it. Anyway this series was really enjoyable and was another anime with a very creative concept which makes it stand out.
I don’t have any real faults with this series, the only thing I could possible complain about is the story with Kurumi seemed left unfinished, however it seems this was the intention for later use.
The OVA was also excellent and was a good laugh.
I will defiantly be watching season 2 of this show.
Ikki Tousen As the effective mother of Senran Kagura I felt that I should watch this. Though I wasn’t really into this series I ended up enjoying the show and I might watch more of it.
Looking at some of the characters it seems obvious where some the Senran Kagura characters came from or were influenced by, it also becomes obvious why they changed having Katsuragi as the main character because the main character of this show, Hakufu, is very much like her.
Gets excitement and fired up from fights, her main attacks are kicks, she has the same attitude of being care and worry free, she gropes one of her friends to try and get friendly with her, they are both not complex people and they both use or have an ancient dragon. This may very well be why Katsuragi does not perform so well in Japanese polls, yet does so well in Western polls.
Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai! This series was not what I thought it was at all, I thought what they were pretending to happen was the actual story, from my experience an area I really do not like is where key parts of the story are made up in their heads and are not actually happening or not happening as elaborate. Fortunately this series stayed away from that an the main plot points were real life things. However this series get quite serious on death and loss which is another area I do not like.
I was quite surprised by the direction they took for the ending as it felt strange and what seemed like the ending would be was in this series considered a bad choice and it went the other way.
Overall the story was enjoyable, it was a good watch and I was interested to see what happened next.
I really don’t know if I want to watch more seasons of this show, I’m not sure what directions the story would take because I am not a fan of a story surrounded by a characters fantasies, so it would depend what direction the series takes and how much is real, the lite episodes where fun however so maybe there is something.
Love Live! : School Idol Project I will never ever understand what made me choose to watch this and when I came to watching it was getting tempted to delete instead. However what I truly will never get is why I loved it so much and enjoyed every episode from the word go.
Simply put this show was great and I really enjoyed it, I will definitely be watching the next season of this as the characters, songs and overall story were so enjoyable. I was glad it didn’t got the standard route of them becoming number 1 and chose a deeper meaning route.
I would also like to add that Emi Nitta (Honoka in Love Live), her voice just makes me feel so happy. In fact the whole show makes you feel happy.
Nico-nico Smile!
