With the Mighty No.9 kickstarter finished, it's time to help Wayforward and their kickstarter for Shantae. Her games are sorta well known for the platforming There's only 2 days left so lets support them!

So...Is it a metroidvania? lol Sort of. You gain abilities to access new areas. The gameplay is more like a 16 bit platformer in terms of jumping around and hitting enemies. If I had to choose I admit I prefer GBA/DS Castlevania games for their structure. Shame Konami has given up on that style in favor of...what ever that 3DS entry was.

Well that's interesting i will check this game out for sure when it come's out.
And yeah it's a shame Konami ditched the metroidvania games for just action though i won't judge it cause i have yet to touch one of those new games.

Augen you make me mad mentioning Konami. No metroidvania and no yugiioh. Konami is dead. don't even talk about DDR.

Sure their games aren't what they were in past and yeah, Yu-Gi-Oh is still alive and doing well. As for Castlevania..Welp....Action, that is all.
