Hm, I hope Kyubox can buy SV when it comes out without having to import it. Against all odds, Burst actually appeared in the eShop here in New Zealand. I was actually 87% sure it would skip us, glad I was wrong~
Oh well, at least the Vita is... well, not region free but at least it's easy enough to circumvent. I'd rather not have to bother doing it though, it's a hassle. When you come out please for the love of Madokami come to New Zealand too. Or at least come as a physical copy I can just import.

The PlayStation Vita is region-free, but only with regards to physical games. If you want to import games like Senran Kagura: Shinovi Versus, places like Play Asia are more than happy to ship their games to most countries: www.play-asia.com/senran-kagura-shinovi-versus-shoujotachi-no-shoumei-playstatio-paOS-13-49-en-70-7fdn.htmlTheir physical games will work fine, and I can vouch for Play Asia - I've bought three 64GB memory cards from them (at the price a 32GB memory card costs in Australia, too!)... Oh well, at least the Vita is... well, not region free but at least it's easy enough to circumvent.

I import physical copies all the time too, but you have to have an American PSN account if you want to buy a game that's only out in the American PSN store. PlayAsia is good for anything non-digital code related, for some reason. Last time I bought a code it took 2 months to arrive.
Really, what Kyubox is saying is "it would save me a lot of hassle if this game had physical copies, and it would be even better if it came out in my region if I want to grab some DLC or something".
They better put out that Daidouji DLC yo, else Kyubox is going to be upset.

Stopping posting in this thread unless there is a new tease its just not fair Obviously i kid, the vita isn't region locked at all but it is account locked, meaning you only play downloads on the account you bought it on hence it being kind of region but only in PSN profile terms. I hope Sony does the "associated Account" system i sent them.

Just a reminder: XSEED has a lot of games on their plate atm. I'm sure they will officially announce it during the Summer like with Burst.
