Naw, that'd be like laughs when you tickle her. She means someone you'd really want to tickle, like "huggable". (I address people by their profile icon when their gender's not posted.)

Gameplay footage of Murakumo. Looks like with whatever option you have to remove her mask during battle, she'll sound like her shyer self, as opposed to always sounding dead serious even without the mask back in SV.
