so for challenge mode this month they decided to screw us all over
yang cards and hebijo cards do more damage. i actually don't have all that many Yang cards, let alone good hebijo cards, so...

I'm still working my teams for Challenge Mode, but luckily the Leo XR is Yang, and I apparently misread the deck skill because this whole time I thought you had to use one of each character from the team for the 20x bonus but it actually works as long as the deck is comprised of characters from that team. I'm assuming this applies to all XR's, so this really helps.
Edit: Okay this apparently doesn't apply to the Yumi XR, where you still need one of each character. Interesting.
Also, if you use a card that's Yang and Hebijo, does the bonus stack twice? And how much of an increase does the bonus do? I'm debating on using one card that's stronger than another, but doesn't have both bonuses, etc.

i honestly have no idea how it all works myself, just that yang hebijo cards will do the most bonus damage throughout the fight over non-hebijo yang cards and non-yang hebijo cards.
and yeah, it's only the Yumi XR that absolutely requires every girl in the description. they probably did it because the Yumi XR was "free" while you have work harder + get lucky for the other XRs.
plus, if the card's type is also the leader's type, the auto-skill bonus also works with the other cards in the deck. so use flash gessen cards with Yumi, Yin cards with Asuka, Yang cards with Leo, etc.

April Fool's train just keeps on rolling. I do hope Hiroko and Reika get cards though. Anyway, this challenge mode seems a lot harder. I dunno if Miyabi is just tankier, or if my decks aren't good enough. These ones are built with a better focus than last month's, and it's still taking me 3-4 more CP than before. It is extra card storage for cards you aren't using. The cards that go in there can't be used in decks or show up when searching through your cards nor can they be rebirthed, leveled up, or transferred. The cards in there don't count towards your total cards. Basically the only cards you would put in there are cards with terrible stats but that you want to keep anyway because of the art or whatever.

heh, i managed to get the LR that the new Murasaki XR hyper bursts from
sadly, i don't think ill get around to bothering with it. especially given how they keep messing with how you get the scrolls.

Yeah I have the 60 LR scrolls to get the Murasaki, but I doubt I'll get enough scrolls so I'm not going to bother. I should probably just use 50 of them on an LR rebirth book to benefit one of my other cards, but I'm holding on just in case there's an XR that I might actually try to go for.
Other than the Yumi which didn't require scrolls, the only other XR I've been able to get is the Leo XR, and that's because that one particular time they made it easier to get her scrolls (I actually ended up with 20 of them).
I have everything ready to get the Asuka XR, but I still need 9 green scrolls, and so far I've gotten exactly one grey scroll from Challenge mode needed to exchange for green scrolls, just 89 more to go...

Usually I like these kinds of events because I can grind without really going through much supplies, and I can play a lot while watching Netflix or something. But I'm not really motivated this week since I don't really want any of the costumes and the enemies take more than one AP to defeat now. At least I have the UR+s for next week.
Also I went against my better judgement and used my 60 LR scrolls on two LR gachas. I got okay cards, but nothing I really wanted.
