Do the Platinum Points used to get special cards reset after events or months? Or am I good to keep saving them up?

Do the Platinum Points used to get special cards reset after events or months? Or am I good to keep saving them up? Platinum points used to get cards become something different. You won't be able to use those platinum points for the next event. They reset after every event to zero but carry over to the next tab. Notice how there's a different tab when you're on the platinum points. That's what the platinum points become, used to get ice cream, UR gk, pudding, or flan. Sorry for the confusing explanation. It's hard to describe when you don't know any Japanese and you just memorize buttons.

That feeling when you forget to finish off the tiny little bit of health that the Challenge Mode boss had before the daily reset...
And the answer to today's quiz question is 2. シノビこみゅ (Shinobi communication).

It's so confusing being in America playing this game, I keep forgetting that I'm a day behind and the event will end for me a day before it would in Japan.

Whew! I finally reached 2 billion points, and got the last Asuka card! That took a lot of ice creams and training points, as I didn't have any slayers other than the Asuka card itself. I love it when there's a card that I can try to reach as a goal without having to spend money on this game.
I'm also surprised that I'm below the Top 100 with this score. I remember for the two-week long Valentine's Day event last year, my final score for the entire two weeks was under 2 billion (1.7 billion i think) and I got 6th place. I guess a lot of people wanted this Asuka card.

Yeah, when everybody wants the Asuka card, beginners like me don't stand a chance.

Yeah, unfortunately as a beginner it'll be a while before you start ranking well enough. It's very hard to reach Top 50 so Top 500 is usually what you want to aim for.
It's not usually enough to amass enough powerful cards, but you'll also need slayers, which are the bonus cards that you can get each week that have a multiplier, but only for that week. Aside from the free ones that are rather weak, the more powerful ones need to be obtained from the gacha. Sure, you could win an S card with those free gacha tickets you get every once in a while, but that isn't very likely.
Honestly, my advice for beginning players that want to try to get ahead a bit and are willing to spend some money is to try the 1500 gacha at least once. You'll get some powerful cards, and even after the event ends, the cards you get will be stronger than the cards you probably have. This is completely optional, of course, and once you spend money on this game once...the temptation kinda lingers...but most importantly, you want to build up as many strong cards as you can. Do Challenge Mode every day to try to get Hyper Burst items, and ultimately aim for Top 500. Pay attention to your cards' deck skills, so you know who will work best with who.
Hope this helps.

There is another collab event for the third event in a row. Also the new ranking system appears to be here to stay and they didn't make it any easier to get ranks. Goodbye weekly free UR Books.
On the bright side they made the H-Burstable Leo LR from January or February (I don't remember which) available again. This time through the selection gacha with a 0.1% chance to drop.

Wow, I'm kinda miffed that they kept this ranking system. Granted, I think UR rebirth books are supposed to be harder to come by and the ranking system before was pretty generous, but I'm so used to my weekly UR rebirth books that this is still kind of annoying. I need those to max out my Rin for the XR.
Speaking of that, I really like the Chitose card that they've put out to make. I don't have any good Chitose cards so hopefully this will help with Hebijo decks. Unfortunately, I've used all my Hebijo crests to craft her, so I'll need more materials for when I'll be able to Hyper Burst Rin. Since it's going to take a long time to amass scrolls for the XR anyway, there's no rush I suppose.
And yeah it's cool that Leo's LR for the XR is back, albeit with a 0.1% chance. This is great for people who missed it, and I hope they bring back some of the other LR->XR cards like this, especially the ones that were gacha only. What I'd really like is if they brought back some of the old scrolls used to Hyper Burst into XR. I've got Asuka's card all ready to go, but I only have 1 green Asuka scroll. They seem to have the scrolls for newer XR's starting with Ikaruga permanently available for people who have the white scrolls, but why not bring back the other ones. I would very much like to increase my XR collection, thank you very much.
The other cards for this event seem pretty cool, I especially like the Souji, but she's an S prize so I know not to actually try for that. I'll try to get the Top 500 Ageha, but since the ranking system is still dumb and probably here to stay, I don't know how hard I'll try anymore.
Also the answer to today's quiz is 1. Dormitory key.

How can you tell if a certain card can be hyperbusted? I don't wanna spend my books on characters that I can't hyperburst.

The answer to today's question is "key in dorm," I forgot what exactly it was called, but it has key in it.

How can you tell if a certain card can be hyperbusted? I don't wanna spend my books on characters that I can't hyperburst. If you go to Challenge Mode and click on the Ayame, the first tab there will show you several cards you can craft from scratch and then Hyper Burst. All of them are SR->UR, except for the Rin, which starts at R and can go all the way to XR. There's also this Asuka card which can go from UR to LR. Other than that, certain LRs, like last week's Souji card or the Leo they just added, which can go from LR to XR, as well as certain cards like this, this, and this if you get them from the LR gacha. The Miyabi one is the current one for this month, and each month they'll change it so that a new LR can be Hyper Bursted into XR, as well as have another LR->XR in the gacha.

Thanks for the response, I already have that Asuka card and she's the one I'm currently working on. After I finish her I plan on getting Rin to XR.
