I just right clicked on the text box and chose translate. Of course in Google translate fashion, it was broken.

I'll try. It worked on one occasion, but afterwards I had no luck. It most likely works on my PC though. I'll keep trying on my Note 4 to see if I make any progress.

Hi guys, quick question!
I was reading some NewWave guides and I noticed it said that you could essentially combine two of the same card and get a more powerful version with different art on it. So far, I have combined a billion cards of the same kind (Mosty R's and SR's) but, while it adds another star next to the level, it doesn't change rarity or art. Is that guide I was reading outdated?
Also, I seem to have hit a wall regarding leveling (I'm at lvl 40) where I can do one mission and it depletes my stamina completely. Events are more lenient because I seem to keep getting ice-creams to replenish AP, hahaha.
Any help would be appreciated, guys!

No. The rarity doesn't really change, but the card does get stronger.

Oh, I see. So the guide I was reading was outdated? What about the new art when combining cards?
Also, is there any trick to getting more scout points or more stamina? I am at level 40 at the moment.

Long time no see New wavers! Glad to see more people joining in the fun, if you don't know and love (dispise) me already I'm Saint Ryouna the king of New wave lol, Annoyingly it can be hard to find one another on this game but if you can find me come join my team.
The artwork will only change on Giri Giri Bust cards, like my Yozakura if you can see. Not like the good ol days of mixing red and blue to get gold....
It seems very much to me that they are taking a new angle of making the fights easier but harder to find, before the game was mainly about icecreams and parfaits but now it's all about the sushi.. Am trying to get that Haruka card buttttttt (lol) competition after rank 500 is relentless...
To all those currently playing, I'd like to see your best cards if possible, show me what you've got

I have no idea of what a Giri Giri Bust card is, to be honest.
My best cards are probably two URs I got from Gacha, which were a Homura and a Yumi. I don't know how I would go about sharing them here though.
I have a question: should I be transferring my Rare cards that I don't use in my decks to the Training Points pool? Is there any benefit in keeping them around?
