 Member of the Touno Tengu Ninja Squad and a third year high school student. She fights by manipulating the weather with a fan made of leaves. She calls herself "the strategist of the Touno." She wants to be seen as a cool-headed intellectual, but as she's a highly emotional person at heart, she doesn't really pull it off very often. Misato description translation (non-literal):
Autoproclaimed as an strategist of Touno.
Although she may seem the calm, cool and intellectual type of person, she ends up having quarrels often (it is not directly mentioned, but I believe Kumi likes to tease Misato in special, and so she tends to fight with her often, since Tanuki and Kitsune aren't really friendly with one another in general) and so she fails at looking as such a "cool" person.
When fighting, she uses her leaves to manipulate the weather.
