Kumi's description translation (non-literal, so maybe the original says "she likes to play" and I'll say "playful")
Member of the `Touno tengu no Shinobi Shou', 3d year (Senior).
She has a playful personality, loves to make pranks and is the Bad Girl type of person.
Although she only relies on herself, she acts like an "old sister" towards other people (even if she complaints about it)
She is really short-tempered and impatient, and will never hold back in battle.
When fighting, she will use her tails which, each of them, hold a different weapon.

Well s-she is a Kyuubi-Kitsune (most probably a Zakko by how they describe her), wiki also added some more about her relationship with Misato: "The team's usual pattern goes something like this: Kumi will tease Misato until they start fighting. Yuuyaki will then intervene and try to mediate. When Yuuyaki seems on the verge of losing it, the still-impatient Kumi and Misato end up teaming up to stop her."
