Finally got my New Wave Official Visual Collection.
With this, I've come to say: Delicious G Cup. Minori's frame should be 62 centimeters.
I figured it was gonna be more than an E cup looking at the sizes of Yagyuu and Hibari. I was pleasantly surprised to find all the girls' cup sizes were revealed.

"Delicious G Cup. Minori" LOL! I thought it was obvious Hibari was small. There is a pic of all the girls in SKV lined up in size order on the net done with the in game models.
So any scans of the book mister mod with a duty now.

I remember that image, but, I couldn't make any judgements. Daidouji had the largest bust, but Haruka's breasts were larger. Initially, I had used Mirai's frame to calculate Minori's bust and I got her being a J cup, which seemed unlikely.
Anyway, I'll get around to posting some images some time between Friday and Monday.
I want to take some time to calculate the frames of each girl. >\\\>
