I'm really into the anime/manga, Tokyo Ghoul right now. So if anyone else wants to discuss it, feel free!

With season 2 of Tokyo Ghoul on the horizon, would ANYONE like to talk about this series with me?

Haven't herd of it. What's it about? So there're these human-like monsters called Ghouls that blend into our society to eat us. Kaneki, the protag, is unfortunate enough to accidentally go on a date with one. Things happen, and one thing leads to another and he turns into a Ghoul. And that's just the first episode. A bit of warning: KANEKI DESERVES NONE OF WHAT HE SUFFERS THROUGH

I read the manga up till chapter 80 something do to the translated chapters started getting updated in random order which annoyed me do to it soddenly skipping to major spoiler. It was a really fun read while I was still reading and have been meaning to get back to it. I really liked the slow placing of it which allowed me to really take in Kaneki's emotional and metal state breaking down over the fact he was becoming a monster, it also made Kaneki's transition to a bass all the more satisfying. As for the anime I really like the opening, didn't really watch it, because the sped up pace bugged me, but I may have been to harsh on it sense I tend to shit on anime adaptions prematurely.
