They are scared? lol no, they are way past that and their main concern has to be something else. I feel like sending them a mean e-mail. You know, to be quite honest they(XSeed) need a certain push from the fans.

Main points.
1. Someone claiming to be from XSeed 2. States huge fan of SK and played Shinvoi Versus (hurray no region lock) 3. Says it is not violence or sexualization in game that makes it tricky 4. Shows examples of other games including upcoming "Killer is Dead" as more sexual and violent 5. It is the age of the characters in SK that is the biggest road block
My solution? Age up the characters from 15 to 18. Age up everyone if that is what it takes. Dead or Alive did this with Kasumi, it could easily be done here. Also, release of this game is going to limited and have a big "M" or "18" on it and any parent who somehow finds it and ignores rating and then complains is a long shot. If they are truly that scared then only offer it online through your site with a massive disclaimer "THIS GAME HAS BREASTS! NOT INTENDED FOR CHILDREN, BE ADVIDED! BREASTS!"
I would really like to have a dialogue with a XSeed employee to work towards a solution to bring this over.

LOL! this is pure BS. also like you said if the title is M rated it does not matter and Burst would barely get a M. its all about the money. So the sexualization of cartoon characters is higher then that of more real life characters in a game? ?

Are we still discussing the underage subject when games on Xbox Live take things further than this and get off scott free? I still don't believe that's whats holding this game back. But someone inside XSeed still must not have faith in this franchise, even if they can go digital-only and stash the game deep within the dark recesses of the eShop (a journey only the boldest of men can pursue).
