But this is for the company as a whole, which means if this get's much worst, we might have 2 systems less for games to come out for and the PS4 could end up as the fever-dream of a madman, not even out the conception stage.

Also, this could hurt the consumer electronics market in some way by losing things like flat-screen TVs and blu-ray players.

The reason I care for these numbers is Namco is the only ones that don't play the world market like so many are pushing and there numbers are up for it but on the down side they play the japanese market way to hard and have very little for the world market.

Those games did not bomb SC was not projected that high and dev cost was cut before the game was finished everyone knows this and even if you say well those numbers sucked they don't play the world market like I said and all there money is made off there japanese licenses because they hold like damn near every anime license. So overall they are the one of the few japanese publishers not posting losses like I said because they are not taking the risk.

Thats why I posted the other thread when this was first know about namco a few weeks ago they make a killing but they are not bringing alot of games over because most are japanese games that they can't. but this is what gamers wanted for japanese publisher to make japanese games? now we see this is a problem because the games can not be localized, so there has to be balance there.

Reasons like this is why im not for the all I hate the west and lets go more japanese because only us in japan will see those games and others won't so everyone has to work towards a balance. 3DS is the perfect example so far of this happening where now its hurting the user base in other countries.

Namco had published so many 3DS jp only games it will make your head spin.

Everyone fell thats why the west seems strong. Sega, Nintendo and Sony. only think holding Nintendo up is there IP's. If not for those 3DS would have been dead.

Sony and Nintendo just keep making bad choices and its affecting the industry since they are the japanese powerhouses.

Both have put M$ at an advantage of going big and neither can match because of money reasons.

One dedicated system only is starting to look good because suppoerting handheld and home market is not helping.

I doubt that will play out as everyone will push for power because you average consumer wants to be able to see the leap with there own eyes.

Thats what I mean the nintendo DS and wii was amazing but they go in to the Wii U with no real momentum. All we know is Nintendo IP's and that really it if it can't get ports of 720 games its game over. The 3D in the 3DS failed as a gimmick can the bad work when so manny people are use to more advance touch pad devices? Also they have to make HD games on time and worry about online now they can't run from this anymore and you and I was just talking about how bad 3DS was for online features. So Nintendo has alot too do outside the japanese Wii U. Much like the jp 3DS the jp Wii U is in a great position or will be.

M$ has the media love right now and this is huge going forward also they have more money as I doubt they even bother fighting for japan this time and put all money on other markets so that will be pressure right there for Sony and Nintendo.

Sony better hope they can even launch the PS4. Wii U can easily take over japan and M$ easily take over US so where does this leave PS4? They have to beat Nintendo inovation and M$ Money to stand a chance and they are in no position to do either but steal ideas too late.

Sony needs to get all there stuff together more then anyway though.
