I don't know if anyone else is having this problem but when I play a game online in EV, I always get booted out of the game. The people I play with always seem to have 1-2 bars also. Is it the players or is it the game? I hope I'm not the only one experiencing this problem.

I'm pretty sure it's the netcode. I experience a high amount of disconnects and boots.
Sometimes I can do a couple matches, other times it's just disconnects like crazy. There's a lot of red bar connections. Try hosting games and just playing with people who have 3bars, it helps a bit. (Though it can be tedious waiting for people to join)

I have a blazing fast connection so I never disconnect, however, there are times where my attacks will be delayed. I'll bop someone and it'll take a second for them to fly into the air. I also see people jerk forward a few yards every now and then.

Apparently a number of players have been having issues with disconnects with the online play. Well, a MASSIVE patch for 1.20 is coming. It'll be 8.5GB for PS4 and 3.3GB for the Vita. It should fix some of the issues, but holy hell that's a big patch.
