2nd half slayers
Asuka again [Ukyo and Sakyo] and Yomi
The new Asuka has synergy with Miyabi card and Homura.
Ideal synergy Ageha/Hitsui/Matsuri and AsukaX2/Miyabi
Edit: Thought I should also mention that slayer Hitsui's deck bonus are girls who like rice. That's Asuka. (You can also use a bunch of other girls like Yozakura, Tachibana, Murakumo, (those were the ones I remembered the most))
Fuga's deck bonus is meh. X6. The previous Fuga nun card gave X7 for the same people too.

The previous Fuga at least links with the new Fuga. The final slot is left open for her and she still receives the bonus. the only problem is there arent many good yozakura or chihaya cards if you're like me and dont pay for cards. end up losing damage anyway since fuga only gets her slayer bonus against daidouji

Question on deck effects, say the leader card asks for 5/6 members, and the girl in the leader card is also listed. Can you fill the deck with just her and get the deck effect or do you have to put everyone and the leader card counts as her place?
Also, is there a way to tell which of Leo's memorial's fits more to my strength?

it depends on the description of the card. if it says "only" then yes, you can have multiples. if it says "all," then the requirement is that you have all the cards in the deck at all times, no exceptions.
however, there are some ways you can play around with an "all" deck skill. if the deck skill asks for an amount of characters below 5, you can put in another unit that's listed and that card will also get the deck bonus.

June 3rd event [6/16-23]
F2P slayers: R Chiyo (Month slayer), LR Shiki (top 65 last event), UR Karfuru (top 500 last event), SR Ibuki, SR Kosuzu
Prev Slayers : LR Kagura (1st half), 2nd half LR Homura and UR Ryouna, LR Ikaruga (Month Slayer)
Plat Slayers: LR Bashou, LR Yumi, Souji, Yozakura
2nd half slayers : Ageha and Ikaruga (again) and more [to be updated]
Team synergy :
Ibuki and Souji
Shiki, Yumi, Yozakura
Chiyo and Kosuzu (bare minimum)
If you do spend mobacoins on the ten pull, you have a chance of setting up team synergy (assuming you get Souji) as Shiki and Yumi are hard to get.
Other synergy
Bashou/ Ikaruga/ Yumi/ Kagura have some synergy with each other in some way and there are many cards that provide it.
There was a X8 Karfuru card that activated its deck skill with the EV sisters and Kagura
Shiki, Souji, and Ryouna are also blondes.

the R Chiyo is VERY good for this event if you pair her with the new Kosuzu. at full rebirths, she's got a slayer bonus of x10, something that's very rare for a monthly slayer. if you have any of the recent Fuga cards from midevents, the SR Kanon from the stockings event, then those are all recent cards to use along with her. Aria is the only odd one out, since she hasn't gotten a free card recently. you'll have to hope that you got a card from the free gachas.

the New slayers added Ikaruga, Ageha, Ushimaru, and Haruka
Ageha has a deck bonus (x6 with dark tan girls) so with Homura
Haruka has team synergy with Homura.

F2P slayers: Renka (top 400 previous event)/ Homura (top 50 previous event)
Previous slayers: Leo (Last event)
Synergy from there : None that I can think of.
