2nd half Renka Leo and Ryouki
Ryouki has an elder sister bonus with Renka and Leo
Blakc hair Ryouki adds to Ikaruga Kagura and Chihaya.
I would say the ideal decks are
blondes and black hair.

Outside of school bonus, you want to use
blondes (Katsuragi, Souji, Murasame, and Ryouna)
short hair (Miyabi, Hikage if properly affiliated, Basho, Seimei, Chitose)
Swords (ikaruga, asuka, miyabi, Homura properly still with Hebijo (not hard because you can get/should have free UR Homura form reg gacha)
You also need yuyaki to pair up with the above people
I also have a bonus that uses Rin, Souji, Ayame, Asuka, and Miyabi.

the best possible deck you can have this event is
Leader: Yumi XR - 20x
Shiki Murakumo pair card (to open up one extra slot)
new Yumi kiss card - 80x damage bonus (fills in the extra slot that the pair card opens up.)
Yozakura LR - 80x damage bonus
reward UR Minori from last event - 15x damage bonus (i think?)
the only problem is that it won't synergize with the XR's autoskill, but with that deck bonus, you pretty much won't even really need it. i can only imagine the damage you'd be outputting with this, and i could probably calculate it if i had the damage numbers for each card

However, Yumi XR x20 card needs to have all the different Gessen Girls meaning that you can't use a new Yumi kiss card because the deck skill won't activate. It's only Leo XR that you can use a Leo. I don't have the other XRs so I don't know about them. Edit: Just realized you meant a card like Shiki/Murakumo card from that police event a year ago. Don't know if Yumi would then activate. Edit 2: That's the only card that has Shiki/Murakumo pair [from the police event at least a year ago]. Chances are you're not activating the x20 with the new kiss Yumi unless you're an old player. |

yeah, sadly the likelihood of getting all of these is very low, but the deck actually would work out really really well.
the deck skill would activate for the Yumi card, but that pair card is absolutely essential. but yeah, it's been a looong while since the pair card has been reprinted. you can't use any other pair cards either, like the most recent shiki yozakura LR. because then you wouldnt be able to use the new yozakura, but if you don't have her, it's mostly fine, as you can still use yumi.
for the record, "all" skills will activate the deck skill if you have any additional girls that fit the skill, but only once the deck skill has been activated. there's very few "all" skills that don't include a whole deck of girls, though. but in my experience with the maid Kumi UR (who has an "all" skill with only 3 girls, including herself named) as long as the skill is already activated, anything is fair game. you can even add in girls who don't fit the skill, and it won't affect the skill's activation. but obviously, they won't be seeing any bonuses from the skill, either.
and yeah, certain XRs are on a case by case basis. to my knowledge, Asuka and Homura have "only" deck skills. Murasaki and Rin have "all" deck skills. nobody here seems to have Ryoubi, but i imagine it's the same deal.
