Hello! I am ninjaArby117 (a slightly shortened version of ninjaArbiter117, because PlayStation didn't like the word 'arbiter' being in my name), a 16 year old boy that likes nearly any form of media he can get his hands on. But anyways, I guess I'll start this post off with how I ended up here, so I can keep this post on the small side.
Sometime around February earlier this year I found someone suggesting that I watch the Senran Kagura anime (I was looking for a fun anime to watch after Steins Gate), and in short, I came for the boobs and jokes, then I nearly left due to the boobs and the jokes, only to later come back for the boobs/jokes/funny narrator.
A few weeks later I found out about the Senran Kagura games, but I payed little attention to them until March, when I saw screenshots of Deep Crimson and Estival Versus, which convinced me to get the two games for the 3DS (because I had been gifted one for Christmas). But I was a bit disappointed when I found out that I couldn't download Deep Crimson off of the eShop (due to being 16 :/), and I lost most hope in getting one of the games until I decided that I would try downloading Estival Versus onto my PS4 (a plan that probably would not have worked) but when I innocently asked my mom for a $50 PSN card, she didn't get it and brought it up to my step-father. I then had to tell him what game I wanted to get with the money, and not wanting my parents (or brother, whom had judged me for watching the anime, actually throwing an minor insult at me in the process *gasp*) to know that I wanted a game about breasts and nudity, I gave only a name and a vague description.
A few days later I found out that my step-father looked up the series, looked at a few images, and decided it was okay for me to get the game, but I had to decide between getting Estival Versus and DOOM. Naturally (not wanting my dad *a man that loves modern military shooters, and was coming over to my house very soon* to see me with a game about boobs) I chose DOOM, with the promise that in a month I would be able to get EV.
Skip a month, and after ordering what I thought was the standard physical edition from Best Buy, and having it arrive almost right after my parents left the house, I was surprised to find the Endless Summer Edition in the package, something I never expected since I had never been able to get any special editions of any game (specifically Fire Emblem Fates, since the art-book and dual game card looked really neat).
When I opened everything and ogled at the cards, art-book and CD's I popped in the game and was almost immediately judged by my brother, I also accidentally skipped the first animated scene due to mistaking it for the intro, and the 'situation' with Ryōna and Ryōbi weirded out my brother, I had to delete Killzone: Shadow Fall from my PS4 so I could update the game and get Rin, I also beat the game two days ago and got Rin to a level 31, with only Miyabi and Ryōbi both being level 21, but I'm still not sure who my favorite character is -.-... And after browsing for some place that has pictures of all the cards from New Wave (I assume they are anyways) I came across this place, saved a lot of images, debated wether or not I should sign up for 12 hours, then gave in and did.
And now I need a PSN card to get the DLC's :/.
To tell everyone a bit about myself, I don't have the best internet connection, so I can't play games online... yet (though we are moving to another house soon, where the Internet will hopefully be better), I do have an odd way of speaking, due to talking to myself so much, and it finds its way into almost any text post I make (as you may have seen). I now have a great desire to collect Senran Kagura merchandise now. I mostly came to this site to have an easier time getting news for Senran Kagura, and to be able to communicate with other fans a bit easier, but I also signed up because being able to talk to people I barely know is something I like. I love Godzilla, and I patiently await Resurgence, and Evangelion also takes up a fairly large spot in my heart. Also, when asked about the things I like, I can talk for hours, typing is a little different though, but when motivated I can make large posts, and it would probably be much better to hear me speak than read a wall of text that I wrote, since it's easier for me to explain everything that I want to with ease.
I do want to say more, but I won't really be able to without tripling the post size, so I'll just leave it at that, but if anyone has any questions, I'll be glad to answer them, since it involves making walls of text, which it good for the part of me that likes to talk to people.
(On a side note, is the Double D version of Deep Crimson the same as the Happy Boobs version for Europe? Because the GameStop near my house has it new and I'd like to feed the urge to collect more stuff for this series that I very recently got into)
