What this basically means is that Bomberman could have a strong future in the current game market, and also that Konami is interested in reviving other well-known properties in the future. I'm personally holding out hope for Contra, as we all know that Castlevania won't happen soon, or if it does, it likely won't be as good without Igarashi. I also genuinely want to see a new Contra game released with the classic arcade-style gameplay that fans know and love, like what has happened here with Bomberman. I am very happy with this news, and apologize for the late report, but it wasn't very big in my mind at the time.

I wouldn't mind seeing a new Rocket Knight or a new Bloody Roar. But I don't expect a new Bloody Roar at all now. So I would be wanting more of a new Rocket Knight game.

My apologies for not making it very clear. Rocket Knight was one of those few mascot characters that was during the Sonic craze that was good.
