I assume those three will be more mascot characters and the gacha and update characters if anything. I know how to download the app but is it possible to get the preregistration benefits?

That's not the question though. Unless you have a Japanese phone, you will be unable to access the Japanese play/app store directly. We need to use a third party like qoo to download th app's apk and download it. By doing so I dont know if we get the free stuff.

Shinobi Master Senran Kagura: New Link’s First Trailer Shows Off Gameplay On Smartphone Senran Kagura producer’s studio Honey ∞ Parade Games shared the first trailer for the upcoming smartphone game Shinobi Master: Senran Kagura: New Link featuring plenty of gameplay. Watch the gameplay below. The game was first revealed back in August 1 and we haven’t heard much about it since then. Details are still light for now, but it’s described as the “bustiest Senran Kagura all-star battler” for smartphone. Takaki also mentioned that he wants to push the game to its visual limits with specs of more recent smartphones in mind. The game will launch with about 20 playable characters and will gradually add more through updates.
