Yes it has been under maintenance for the last 9 hours.
There will be a free 100 gems for ppl.
50 gems are used to roll.
Word of advice, there is a tutorial gacha that you can keep rerolling until you get SSR. After you get your first girl, press no Recommend you to get SSR Homura or Miyabi.
Tutorial gacha is the only one that can let you reroll.

I hve a rooted phone so I could copy the games files from the /data/data/jp.hpgames/shinomas folder they were in.The card and loaing screen files are compressed with lzs in a container file. I used qt-lzs a program designed for decompressing lzs files in FF7 roms to do decompress them. For extracting the files from the container I found that if there was only one file in the container the header was 128 bytes and that if I removed that I would have the file inside plus some extra data at the end. PNGs have an end of file marker so they work just fine with the extra data as they ignore it. The cards and loading screens were saved in containers with only one file so this all worked out. The video and sound files were just there as is and didn't require any messing around.
Ripping the 3D models is definitely possible but will require making a program to extract from the container files properly. The containers with the model files contain multiple files in one container (textures + model) so my removing 128 bytes trick won't work. I've figured out how to read the metadata in the header to extract files so now I need to make a program to do this. Not sure how long that will take to make as I haven't made anything like that and I have finals coming up that I need to study for.
So dood How do I even open a IZS file? nothing i look up is helping me. they just take me to a bunch of bull and nothing to download or use in seeing wat you ripped.

Using the translate app on my android, I'm able to translate screenshots of the game. But it doesn't work for some parts though. Just a tip for those who would like to know what the game is saying.

Yeah the game has been consistently under maintenance, right? I've been afraid that my version hasn't been working and the Bebe-tan screen has been something separate to the usual maintenance screen.

Okay good, I wasn't sure if I just wasn't able to play it because it was emulating it wrong or something. I haven't had a chance to play it at all yet.
