Hoping this works, a synopsis of the rules for the game.
{Rules}
What you need to play:
1-5 character cards. (Same character, one of each level.)
40 card deck. No more, no less.
Victory and defeat conditions:
You win if you inflict five damage to your opponent.
You lose if you cannot draw a card during your draw phase.
Unlimited VS can battle with any other Unlimited VS decks.
Senran Kagura vs Blazblue, Senran Kagura vs Senran Kagura, et. cet.
More about the deck:
- Character deck
1. Put character cards from Level 1 to Level 5
(Top card must be Level 1. Then 2, 3...)
2. Level up is done one by one.
(No Level 1 to Level 3.)
3. Your character deck can be less than five cards. Some characters only have four or less cards.
- Battle deck
1. You can include up to three copies of any single card in your battle deck.
2. 40 cards exactly.
Types of cards:
Character cards
The number in the upper corner is the character's level.
The number in red is their attack value.
The number in blue is their defense value.
Character cards can be used as battle cards when played from your hand.
You may only do this if their level is less than or equal to your current character card's level.
Battle cards
Each battle card has a different type.
Red, Blue, Yellow, Green or Violet
When a red battle card is placed in your gauge, it must be placed in the red gauge.
When a blue battle card is placed in your gauge, it must be placed in the blue gauge.
When a yellow battle card is placed in your gauge, it can be placed in either red or blue gauge.
Green and violet battle cards cannot be placed in the gauge.
The numbers printed under the color symbol on a battle card are its cost. If it's 0,2, then you must have at least zero cards in your red gauge, and two cards in your blue gauge, before you can play it.
Battle cards have a skill type (such as slash).
Some cards' text can add attack or defense based on the card's type.
Some battle cards have an icon for Combo, Unlimited and/or Aerial. This will be covered later.
Support cards
Each support card has a different type.
Red, Blue, Yellow or Violet.
When a red support card is placed in your gauge, it must be placed in the red gauge.
When a blue support card is placed in your gauge, it must be placed in the blue gauge.
When a yellow support card is placed in your gauge, it can be placed in either red or blue gauge.
Support cards cannot be placed in your gauge during your standby phase.
Preparing for the game:
Place your character deck in its proper location, face down.
Shuffle your battle deck, and place it in its proper location.
Decide who goes first and second.
Draw four cards from the top of your battle deck.
Flip your first character card. (Level 1)
Flow of the turn:
1. Draw Phase- Draw 2 cards from the top of your battle deck. (Whoever takes the first turn only draws one card on their first turn.)
2. Standby Phase- Once per turn, you may place one Red, Blue or Yellow battle card from your hand in your gauge.
Once per turn, you may send the top card of your character deck to the discard pile, then play one character card from your hand, with a level less than or equal to the discarded character card's level.
3. Support Phase- Once per turn, you may play a support card from your hand. The card is then moved to the gauge according to its text.
Battle Phase-
A- The active player sets one card from their hand, face down.
B- The defending player sets one card from their hand, face down. They do not have to play a card to defend if they don't want to.
C- Reveal set card(s).
D- Attacking player resolves card text and Unlimited.
E- Compare attacking player's attack value to defending player's defense value.
If attack is higher, then inflict damage to the defending player's character.
If defense is equal or higher, no damage is inflicted.
Some cards can do more than one damage at this point. (Violet cards, indicated by the number next to the shuriken at the bottom of the card. Some cards do zero damage as well.)
When damage is inflicted, you move the top card of your character deck to the damage zone, and reveal the next card.
If your character deck is only a single card (or any amount less than five) and you cannot flip another character card, instead send the top card of your deck to the damage zone. If you get five damage, you lose.
5. Can use Combo or Aerial
If the attacking player's attack succeeds, they can send the card to the discard pile instead of the proper gauge. If so, the defending player moves their used card to the proper gauge, and another battle is performed. (Return to step 3-A.)
Combo and Aerial can be used as many times as you can pay the requirements for.
6. Once your attacks are done, move your used battle card to the proper gauge.
Red goes to the red gauge, blue goes to the blue gauge, yellow goes to either gauge. Green and Violet go to the discard pile.
7. Turn End.
Battle Icon:
There are three types of icon a battle card can have. Combo, Unlimited, Aerial. (Indicated in the black bar next to defense value, indicated by a C, U or A.)
Combo means that you can move the used card to the discard pile and perform another attack. This can only be done if your first attack succeeded.
(If so, one more battle, returning to step 3-A.)
There is no limit to the number of Combo attacks you can perform, as long as you can meet their requirements.
When performing a second attack, the new battle card does not need Combo. (If it does not have Combo, you cannot perform yet another attack, even if the current one succeeds.)
Unlimited means that you can discard any number of other Unlimited cards from your hand, to add their value to your current value.
If so, add those cards' values to your total, then move them to the discard pile.
Only attack or defense can be added through Unlimited. Not skills, types or anything else.
Discarded Unlimited cards still need to meet gauge requirements.
You may discard as many Unlimited cards as you want.
If both players activate Unlimited in the same combat?
The attacking player decides if they want to use Unlimited first.
If they decline to do so, the defending player may still choose to use Unlimited.
If the defending player used Unlimited, the attacking player can then choose to use Unlimited.
This continues back and forth until both players decline in a row.
Aerial functions similar to Combo, you can send your used battle card to the discard pile and perform another attack. This can only be done if your first attack was successful.
If this occurs, then another battle is performed with Aerial Combo. (Returning to step A-3.)
Aerial Combo can be continued as many times as you can meet the requirement.
If you use the Aerial ability, you can only use an Aerial Combo card for the next attack. (A card that has both Aerial and Combo.)
[Aerial into Aerial Combo into Aerial Combo O, Aerial into Aerial X, Aerial Combo into Aerial X.]

This is rewritten from the translated rules I received, I tried to polish up the wording. If anyone has any questions, I can try to find the answers. (I know I need to confirm the 'less than or equal' part of using character cards in battle, or in replacing your current character. The rules I received had it written as only 'less than'. But since it also mentions a character deck with only one card (Daidouji), I assumed that meant equal would work too.
I do not have translations of any individual cards, nor can I read Japanese. I'm hoping to figure something out for this, by the time my cards arrive. If nothing else, maybe this will prove enough to let anyone else out there who can translate to understand the context. (I know that scans for the entire first set are already out there. Hopefully set two will get similar treatment. If nothing else, I'll be scanning the deck I ordered once it arrives.)
I hope this helps!
