I think Nep would be all confused in the world shes in first then immediately fascinated by the main protag and his fairy.
*falls from the sky and lands on Tiara*
Neptune: Oh wow, a guy....you don't see too many of those when im from. Oh, that is a pretty rad sword~

Neptune: My name is Neptune, Main Character of all Main Characters!
Alvn: I'm not just a sword you know...I'm his fairy!
Neptune: Holy Crap! did that sword just talk? I'm not going crazy am I?
Fang: No, my fairy Alvn is my sword. Alvn, you can change back you know...
Alvn: *transforms* Ahh feels much better than being in weapon form.
Neptune: So this girl is also your sword? That is sooo coool, I wonder if Noire could turn into a sword.
Tiara: Would you mind getting off me! You had a whole conversation while sitting on me!
